This website collects personal data, relating to information that you volunteer during the process of applying for a job role.  Any information that you provide in this way may only be used for the purpose for which you provided it.

We use a third-party provider (An Post GeoDirectory DAC) to convert the address into geographic co-ordinates.  This information is then used internally to map applicant locations for interview purposes.

No third-party provider retains any information relating to your address except for statistical data (e.g. how many eircodes, addresses, etc) but not the actual Eircode address.

Our web site contains links to other sites. The CSO is not responsible for the privacy practices within any of these other sites. We encourage you to be aware of this when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements on other web sites you visit which may collect personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected on our web site.

Technical Data

When you use our website, as with any website, some technical and usage information is logged automatically for analytical purposes.

Log Data

Log data includes your IP address; device and browser details; date, time and duration of visit; and clickstream data (which records pages and documents accessed). This data is logged in our servers for the purpose of maintaining the security and quality of our website and is kept for as long as is necessary to ensure the security and stability of the website.  We do not identify users from this technical data.
